How to delete your data from ddot Agent

What Data We Store

ddot Agent stores minimal data. Messages are processed transiently and discarded after response delivery. The only persistent data is what you explicitly create through skills:

  • Reminders — scheduled reminders you set (text + timestamp)
  • Bookmarks — links you save via the link-stash skill
  • Habits — habit tracking data via the habit-tracker skill

All skill data is isolated per-user and per-skill in a sandboxed store. No skill can access another skill's data.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete via the service

Send a message to ddot Agent requesting deletion. Each skill supports clear commands:

  • Reminders: send "clear all reminders" or "delete all reminders"
  • Bookmarks: send "clear bookmarks"

Option 2: Request full deletion

Email privacy@ddot.build with your platform and user identifier (e.g., your WhatsApp phone number or Telegram username). We will delete all stored data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

  • All key-value data associated with your user ID is permanently removed
  • Deletion is irreversible — we cannot recover deleted data
  • You can continue using ddot Agent after deletion; new data will start fresh
  • Platform-level data (message delivery logs) is governed by the platform's own policies

Confirmation

After processing a deletion request via email, we will send a confirmation to the email address you contacted us from. Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days.
